Our Full Planning and Coordination Service is the ultimate option for your wedding planning. It includes all planning up to your wedding day and the entire coordination of your rehearsal, ceremony, and reception.
This service includes:
- Assistance with locating venues for ceremony and reception
- Qualified vendor recommendations and referrals
- Online wedding organizer shared between bride and planner that includes online RSVP tracking, personal wedding website with unique URL and more
- Assist with setting up your budget (so you don’t find yourselves surprised and deeply in debt as newlyweds!)
- Assist with event design (decor, theme, colors, etc.)
- Monthly face-to-face planning meetings
- Unlimited phone and/or email contact
- Etiquette guidance
- Establish and maintain planning timeline
- Schedule appointments with vendors
- Review and negotiate vendor contracts
- Attendance at all planning meetings with contracted vendors
- Track vendor payment due dates
- Follow up with vendors during planning process
- Guest and bridal party transportation arrangements
