Our Full Planning and Coordination Service is the ultimate option for your wedding planning. It includes all planning up to your wedding day and the entire coordination of your rehearsal, ceremony, and reception.
Our wedding planners will help you plan a wedding that is uniquely yours, customized to your dreams and desires, and reflects your style and personality.
From the beginning of the planning process until the end of your wedding day, our wedding planners will be with you every step of the way to ensure your wedding day is the most wonderful amazing day of your life! We listen to your wedding dreams, ideas, and desires and brainstorm with you to create an event that is customized just for you, and will amaze and delight your guests while staying within your budget. We’ll keep you organized and make sure you don’t overlook any details, while creating the wedding that you both want, not what anyone else thinks you should have. And on your wedding day, you’ll be able to relax, have fun, and focus on the special moments of this magical day, while we work behind the scenes to make sure all the details you’ve so carefully planned are executed seamlessly.
This service includes:
- Assistance with locating venues for ceremony and reception
- Qualified vendor recommendations and referrals
- Online wedding organizer shared between bride and planner that includes online RSVP tracking, personal wedding website with unique URL and more
- Assist with setting up your budget
- Assist with event design (decor, theme, colors, etc.)
- Monthly face-to-face planning meetings
- Unlimited phone and/or email contact with Consultant
- Etiquette guidance
- Establish and maintain planning timeline
- Schedule appointments with vendors
- Review and negotiate vendor contracts
- Attendance at all planning meetings with contracted vendors
- Track vendor payment due dates
- Follow up with vendors during planning process
- Guest and bridal party transportation arrangements
- Assembly and mailing of invitations (postage not included)
