Our Partial Planning Service is for the bride who’s enjoying planning but soon realize you don’t have the time to handle all the details yourself or you’ve hit a roadblock and are worried you may have overlooked something and need some guidance in addition to having someone manage your wedding day. We’ll step in where you left off and assist you in the planning process where you need help. This service also includes on-site coordination of your rehearsal, ceremony, and reception.
This service may include the following, depending on how much planning you have completed:
- Complimentary initial consultation
- A complimentary online shared Wedding Organizer between Bride and Planner that includes things like wedding budget manager, guest list manager, RSVP management, a personalized wedding website with unique URL, checklists, etc.
- Assist in selection of vendors not yet chosen
- Schedule regular progress meetings
- Unlimited phone and/or email contact
- Assist with issues of etiquette that come up
- Keep you on track with your specific budget needs and limitations
- Accompany you to final detailing appointments
- Act as liaison between you and the vendors
- Includes everything in our Wedding Day Management Service
