- One meeting with bride & groom two months before wedding to review all wedding rehearsal and wedding day details
- “Walkthrough” of ceremony and reception sites to review room layouts and flow of activities
- Confirmation of all vendor services one week prior to wedding
- Detailed itinerary for all service providers
- Basic wedding itinerary for wedding party participants/attendants
- Unlimited phone calls (during normal business hours) and unlimited email access to consultant

- Wedding Day Management – one wedding coordinator & one assistant – includes supervision of ceremony and reception, direction of setup at event sites, and placement of simple décor items such as place cards, favors, guest book, unity candles, etc.
- Keep track of, organize, and then pack up things at the end of the evening such as disposable cameras, all your gifts, guest book, toasting glasses, cake top, etc., and make sure they are given to the right person or put in the right vehicle
- Make sure getaway transportation is present and on time
