Prior to planning your wedding, we like to meet face-to-face with you, to get to know you and share a little information about who we are, the services we offer, and to discuss where you are in the planning process, how you envision your day, and what we can do to make it all happen. Together, we'll discuss your ideas, style, likes and dislikes, budget, and many other topics that pertain to your special day.
We encourage you to bring books, magazines, or photos to this meeting, so we have a better idea of the look and feel you are trying to achieve for your event.

Full Service Wedding Planning
This package is designed for the couple who are simply too busy juggling the demands of a professional and personal life to oversee the details necessary to plan a wedding. From your engagement until your last guest leaves, we'll be with you every step of the way.
- Free one hour initial appointment
- Establish and monitor budget
- Assist with selecting a color scheme, theme, and style for the wedding
- Assist with selection and booking of ceremony and reception venues
- Vendor referral service
- Schedule appointments and meetings with referred and/or contracted vendors
- Attend planning meetings with contracted vendors
- Assist with wedding attire and accessories of Bride and Bridesmaids
- Assist with wedding attire of Groom and Groomsmen
- Assist with selection and mailing out of invitations
- Attend menu tasting with selected caterer
- Detailed wedding checklist during the planning stages
- Regular progress meetings
- Etiquette advisement
- Unlimited phone calls to consultant (within normal business hours)

- Confirmation of all vendor services 1 week prior to wedding

The fee for this service will be determined by the complexity of your wedding, the size of your wedding party, the number of guests, and the location (travel involved)

"Day Of" Wedding Coordination Service (Also known as "Month Of")
This coordination service is for the couple who has planned everything for their wedding, and would like us to coordinate the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception, ensuring that everything is the way you envisioned, allowing you and your families to relax and enjoy yourselves.
This service usually begins 4-6 weeks before the wedding day.
- Meeting with bride & groom 4 to 6 weeks before wedding to review all wedding rehearsal and wedding day details.
- Site visits of ceremony site, cocktail site, and reception site to review room layouts and flow of activities(preferably with bride and/or groom).
- Confirmation of all vendor services 1 week before wedding
- Final details meeting 3-5 days prior to your wedding to go over any changes,updates, etc.
- Detailed itinerary for all service providers
- Wedding itinerary for wedding party and families
- Unlimited phone calls to consultant (during normal business hours)
- Email access to consultant
- Rehearsal direction
- Wedding Day Management (Includes ceremony and reception, direction of set-up at event sites,and placement of simple decor items such as, unity candles, place cards, favors, guest book, etc.)
The fee for this service starts at $500.00

Hourly Consultations
This service is for those couples who are doing all the planning themselves and find they need a little assistance getting started or just need a little help here and there, we are available on an hourly basis.
Fee for this service is $50.00 per hour. Two hour minimum.
