At this meeting we will discuss where you are in the planning process and how you both envision your day, and to share a little information about who we are, the services we offer, and what we can do to make it all happen. Together, we'll discuss your ideas, style, likes and dislikes, and budget. We'll talk about what you're looking for in a coordinator and what you need help with.

"Day Of " Service (Also known as Month Of) Are you the type of bride who enjoys doing all the planning yourself, but would like someone to manage and coordinate your special day so you can relax and celebrate with your family and friends? Then our "Day of" Service is for you. We will handle all the behind-the-scenes details and handle any unforeseen emergencies that may arise.  Meeting with bride & groom 6 to 8 weeks before wedding to review all wedding rehearsal and wedding day details.  Site visits of ceremony site, cocktail site, and reception site to review room layouts and flow of activities(preferably with bride and/or groom). Confirmation of all vendor services 1 week before wedding Final details meeting 3-5 days prior to your wedding to go over any changes,updates, etc. Detailed itinerary for all service providers Wedding itinerary for wedding party and families Unlimited phone calls to consultant (during normal business hours) Email access to consultant Rehearsal direction Wedding Day Management (Includes ceremony and reception, direction of set-up at event sites, and placement of simple decor items such as, unity candles, place cards, favors, guest book, etc.)   The fee for this service will be determined by the complexity of your wedding, the size of your wedding party,  the number of guests, and location. Please note: we cannot accept clients who are less than 4 weeks from their wedding date. Hourly Consultations Do you want to do all the planning yourself but don't know where to begin? Or you've started planning and hit a roadblock and just need someone to get you back on track. Then this service is for you. We are available on an hourly basis. Fee for this service is $50.00 per hour. Two hour minimum. Contact us to schedule an appointment
